For a second consecutive year, country music recording artist – and Western Carolina University alum – Matt Stillwell will rock the valley with a free pregame concert as a part of the Catamount Tailgate Concert Series at E.J. Whitmire Stadium / Bob Waters Field prior to the Homecoming football game.
