It was a full Week 7 slate with three conference contests and one non-league match-up. Wagner and Saint Francis both moved to 2-0 in NEC play while defending champion Duquesne won its league opener over a local rival. Sacred Heart improved to 5-0 in non-conference play by defeating Cornell for the second year in a row.
