Tennessee State jumped into the HERO Sports Top 25 poll at No. 25, its first national ranking since the 2014 season. Jacksonville State and Eastern Illinois are also ranked in the Top 25 this week. TSU kicker Lane Clark was named National Specialist of the Week by STATS after kicking a 54 and 57-yard field goal in the win over UT Martin on Saturday.
