Patrick Tyler threw for 183 yards and ran for a score as Southern Utah downed UC Davis 24-3 on Saturday night. Malik Brown ran for 58 yards and a score for the Thunderbirds (3-2, 2-1 Big Sky Conference). Raysean Pringle added 52 yards rushing and another touchdown. Brown scored on an 11-yard run to cap an 80-yard second-quarter drive for a 7-0 lead and Tyler scored from 2 yards out on Southern Utah's next possession for a 14-0 lead. Pringle went 40 yards for a touchdown with 22 seconds left in the first half for a 21-3 lead and Southern Utah cruised.
