Senior defensive end Tanoh Kpassagnon (Ambler, Pa.) was one of four players who were added to the Watch List for the STATS FCS Defensive Player of the Year award on October 4. Kpassagnon was joined as additions to the list by fellow defensive end Darius Jackson from Jacksonville State, as well as by safeties Mike Basile from Monmouth and Lorenzo Jerome from Saint Francis (Pa.). The watch list originally featured 22 players when it was released during the preseason.
