On a rainy day when Brown’s offense was able to generate just six points, Rhode Island capitalized on several Bears’ turnovers to come away with a 28-13 win at Meade Stadium in the 101st meeting between the two Ocean State schools. The Rams claimed the Governor's Cup for the first time since 2010.
