POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State senior linebacker Hayden Stout is a semi-finalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy presented by the National Football Foundation. *This is the third straight year a Bengal is a semi-finalist for the honor. Austin Graves received the recognition in 2014 and Cody Sorensen received the same honor last year.
