Sophomore quarterback Zach Bednarczyk (Wallington, N.J.) threw for 230 yards and three touchdowns and junior safety Rob Rolle (Newfield, N.J.) set a school record with a 100 yard interception return for a touchdown as No. 21 Villanova (2-1, 1-0 CAA Football) won its conference opener by a 40-21 margin against Towson (1-2, 0-1 CAA Football) at Villanova Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Rolle put an exclamation point on the victory with 3:21 left in the contest when he intercepted a pass in the end zone and ran it all the way back for the Wildcats final points of the game.
