Posted to Twitter. Not a "top play" unless you like good physical fundamental football.
Furman TE Kevin Mall knocking arguably the nation's best DT clear into next Tuesday. If that's not the top play of the week, it'll do till one comes.

Villanova's only score against Pitt came courtesy of redshirt frosh LB Drew Wiley clocking Pitt QB Nate Peterman & S Rob Rolle taking it in.

Did UCA really get that TD? (I haven't looked at the game thread, pardon if there's been discussion about this already).

I was wondering the same thing but I'm sure it was reviewed and confirmed. Looks way too close - why even do that as a player?
Also, the "shhh" to the crowd (Chuck So. run) is annoying (and not just cuz it was against my team). Your team just had a great play and shredded the defense. Go celebrate with your teammates instead of focusing on the crowd. Just one of those pet peeves of mine I guess.

You're right it was reviewed and confirmed but WAAAAAY too close to stupid for comfort IMO. The angle of that camera wasn't the best and the SLC has instituted mandatory reviews so I'm sure something made the review guys not even flinch to call it a TD. I believe they have cameras along the goal line too. But I can't be sure of that. Had they not called it a TD the refs had already picked up the ball and moved onto the next play. Who would have gotten it? UCA at the 1 inch line? xlolx HBU at the 1 inch line? Not that losing that one score would have helped the Huskies anyway but later games it would be big for UCA or the opponents for sure. Nice catch there.

Bigger pet peeve of mine. Celebrating before you are in the end zone. This one almost cost the Jacks.

1:00 is pretty good, but 2:00 is masterful.

That slant he took all the way really illustrated just how fast Kupp really is, and contrary to what the announcer said, there was nothing deceptive about his speed on that play.

Albany's three TDs vs. Buffalo; I especially like the downfield blocking on the second
