Hokies lead 21-3 at the half. Their first two TD's were set up by an interception and a long punt return by Eddie Royal. The third TD was a work of art; a lateral to Royal, who then threw a long pass to a wide-open Sam Wheeler. Royal has more passing yardage than VT QB Sean Glennon.

This was exactly the way that I thought this game was going to go. Momentum swung, and Virginia Tech is just pouring it on. After the Texas Tech/Minnesota game last night, I'm not willing to say that the game is over, but it is very close.

Same here.
It's now 21-13. The Bulldogs got back in the game on a TD set up by a successful on-side kick.
What I find interesting is, here we have a pair of teams that haven't played each other since 1932, but they obviously don't like each other.

Evidently, it is Comeback Saturday in the bowl games. Mike Bobo is definitely calling the right plays in the second half, and the players have responded.
Hunker down, you hairy dawgs!!!!

Now 24-21 Georgia with 10:42 left. Seven dropped passes for the Bulldogs, and the most recent one cost them an easy touchdown.

Danny Ware drops a sure touchdown; UGA has to settle for a field goal. 24-21, Dawgs. Defense needs a stop right about now.

The Hokies also lost a basketball game to Marshall that they really shouldn't have. Bad day all around.
