Senior quarterback Tim Barnes threw for career highs of 221 yards and four touchdowns, leading the Georgetown University football team to a season-opening 38-14 victory over Davidson College on Saturday afternoon at Cooper Field. The Hoyas moved to 1-0 on the season while the Wildcats fell to 0-1.
