King Frazier scored on a 25-yard run on the first play of overtime and Jaylaan Wimbush broke up a fourth-and-9 pass to seal top-ranked North Dakota State's 24-17 overtime victory over No. 6-ranked Charleston Southern in the FCS Kickoff game.
