Carter is coming off of a breakout season after producing 1,663 all-purpose yards and 15 touchdowns (9 rushing, 4 receiving, 2 kickoff returns). Averaging a stunning 7.9 yards per carry, he rushed for 876 yards, caught 12 passes for 134 stripes, and returned 24 kickoffs for 616 yards and a 25.7-yard average.
