Norfolk State University Director of Athletics Marty L. Miller announced on Tuesday that the game time for the Spartan football team's season-opener, the ABNB Labor Day Classic against Elizabeth City State, has been pushed back to a 6 p.m. start time on Saturday, Sept. 3 at Dick Price Stadium.
