In my lifetime, I personally have only been a part of a handful of championship caliber teams. What I remember from being a part of those teams is that everything ran smoothly, from the coaches to the players. When there was a moment of adversity, it was taken head on and people weren't afraid of stepping out of their comfort zone to face the hardship at hand. I remember leadership playing a key role in the success the team accrued throughout the season. There were distinct leaders who people sought out when things weren't looking the best.
