There have numerous incidents from these "peace loving" Muslims in the olympics.

He OBVIOUSLY was mad because he lost the fight and not because he is a Muslim. Its a peaceful religion.

Yep you are right. He probably didn't even know his opponent was an Israeli. What the hell was I thinking. I could probably use some sensitivity training. It was pretty intolerant of me to assume his reaction was somehow tied to anti Semitic feelings, plus the isreali guy sort of invaded his space

The IOC should have sent him to stay at the local favela. The Egyptian team should have been warned that any further acts would result in the disqualification of their program and suspension in the future. But instead they will make excuses for him and the Lebanese delegation who blocked the entry to the bus of the Israeli athletes.

Then Hope Solo should deliver a soccer kick to his groin since she seems to be angry.

Solo's comments were regarding the style of play of the Swedes but, yea, she is a tool and is probably done.

This guy from Egypt was acting like an asshole because he hates the Jewish people. It is that simple. Completely different circumstances but to a lefty like you, they are the same and comparable. Sad.

Yeah there's a pretty blatant difference between the two situations. Solo is an embarrassment though.

There is no excuse for Hope Solo. I haven't heard ONE person defending her. They are done playing and I doubt if she will ever be back in the Olympics. Kick her off the team as far as I'm concerned.

I didn't see the post game handshakes if their were any- I believe it happened the same time as I was donating blood. Maybe she did, maybe she didn't- someone else would have to report on it.

It's not much of a reach. It was reported he even had fans pressuring him not to even compete with him because it would shame Islam.

I guess the arab had no problem fighting the Israeli. probably thought he was going to school the guy. Then couldnt stand getting his ass kicked. Then of course he wouldnt recognize the Israeli as his better. What a tool.
