Both major Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) Preseason Top 25 polls were released on Monday and two-time reigning OVC champion and last year's national runner-up Jacksonville State is ranked No. 3 in both polls. It is the highest preseason ranking for an OVC team since 1993.
