I don't know if we have any quite as good as "Thor", but nice one-syllable last names seem to sound pretty "tough" usually if it's got the right consonants in it.

That was the inspiration for his name. Growing up I was asked if I was related to Neil Armstrong or Jack Armstrong "The All American Boy". Nothing wrong with the name Neil, but since it was my offspring I new science would not be his calling. Unfortunately, the number poeple who know about the old radio show in the 50's are getting smaller and smaller!
