ASU's RICHARDSON HAS A BOGUS RECORD.
Any doubters, please read....
1999 SEASON
Unanimous All-America and All-Southern Conference first-team pick … Recipient of the Walter Payton Award, given to the top player in the NCAA Division I-AA ranks … Atlanta Touchdown Club I-AA Player of the Year … Southern Conference Male Student Athlete of the Year … In 15 games, he carried 353 times for 2,704 yards (7.7 avg) and 40 touchdowns, totaling 1,807 yards and 28 scores on 248 attempts (7.3 avg) in 11 regular season contests … Caught nine passes for 163 yards (18.1 avg) and a score, adding a 5-yard reception in playoff action.
Adrian Peterson has CRUSHED Richardson's so called "record" how can the NCAA be so dumb to not be retroactive and include previous accomplishments by its own players?
