What is the latest on who can win the conf. I have not kept up. Who is under NCAA or Conf sanction right now. I thought SD was in the penalty box. Are they off? And I thought Jacksonville was as well.

San Diego only vacated its 2013 championship. Jacksonville took a one-year postseason ban in 2015 and removed its 2010 thru 2014 conference wins. Both were in violation of conference aid rules, not NCAA rules.
