ITHACA, N.Y. -- Three-time first-team All-Ivy League punter Chris Fraser enters his senior year as a preseason Athlon Sports FCS All-American it was announced today. The rising senior was named to the STATS FCS All-America third team a season ago and is the lone Ivy League player on the list this season.
