How to use this feature:

To use, on Twitter, for any tweet, go to the "More" option, choose "Copy link to tweet" you the copy a link to your clipboard, it will look something like this:

twitter.com/ScienceChannel/status/736308236580757504 (https://twitter.com/ScienceChannel/status/736308236580757504)
(It will have an "http" in front of it)

Then you just paste that into a post anywhere you want to use it.

If someone is embedding the first tweet on the page and it's by quick reply they *must* refresh the page to see the fancy embedding.

However, if there's already at least one embedded tweet on the page then simply bringing the mouse over the new tweet will cause it to load.

And if the Advanced Reply is used the tweet will always be embedded after it gets submitted.

Okay. It works on Firefox but not Chrome.

It seems to be the same issue I have with not seeing photos either. Any thread that a SFA fan posted about their basketball arena I couldn't see. I couldn't quote it to see it. I couldn't refresh. Nothing. I just moved passed it and hoped it wasn't cool looking. That happens with over 50% of photos on Chrome I'd bet.

Maybe I'll have to switch to firefox

After doing some playing with my Chrome extensions I've disabled Ghostery, AdGuard, and Twitter Disconnect for this site and it seems to show the tweets now.

I don't think I have any of those installed on my work PC, but I might. I'll have to check on Tuesday.

I'll see if I can find some of the posts with photos I couldn't see and check if those show up now.

Those photos seem to show up now. I'll have to run Chrome with all of those disabled to see if that takes care of my issues, and double check my browser at work

I can say that Tapatalk has yet another flaw. Embedding, much like tables, is useless on Tapatalk but that's fine

Hey, embed some tweets people. I want to see if we have problems to fix. Clenzy, I am having trouble seeing your that was posted previously for some reason. I'll have to ask the developer why this happened because it is supposed to look that ONLY if you use quick reply and only until the page is refreshed...for only the guy posting it. It should not affect anyone else.

Hmm...

I've got all of them, including Rev's.

The only issue I'm having is it appears you can only embed one per post OR when you get put in the "update" stage you can't embed.

How do you get stuck doing the update? You just post the link and hit submit. It should show for everyone else and then if you refresh the page it should be fine for you as well. Don't get why you just have a couple of links there?

Oh, I get ya. You do see that there is already text in the box when you go to post a new one though correct? Whenever it does that I just ctrl a and backspace so it doesn't add to the previous post.

I am seeing all of them now except I haven't went back to look at the original one yet.

I get the update thing most often when I create a post and see a post right above the one I did and then post a reply in quick reply right then and submit. I get why the software would treat it as an update, even though it's a new post.

If it was even halfway decent I think SDSU would be on par with UNI. The WBB program is the polar opposite of the vb program and evens it out I think.
