ORANGEBURG, SC – Chamblee Charter High School will rename its gymnasium in honor of late South Carolina State Hall of Famer Theodore "Teddy" Carter during a 6 p.m. special ceremony May 31 at the school, located at 3688 Dunwoody Road, Chamblee, GA. The ceremony is open to the public.*
