Dear Blue Hens Students,

I am excited to share with you the news that we have hired the person
who will lead our men's basketball program into the future!

Please join me as we welcome former Notre Dame Assistant Coach Martin
Ingelsby and his family to our Blue Hens family. Coach Ingelsby, a
former standout player at Notre Dame, brings unmatched enthusiasm and a
passion for winning basketball. He is truly committed not only to his
student-athletes but to the entire UD student body. We look forward to
Coach Ingelsby leading us into a bright new era of Blue Hens basketball
at The Bob.

Coach Ingelsby will be formally welcomed as our new men's basketball
head coach in a ceremony tomorrow (Wednesday, May 25) at 11 am in the
Bob Carpenter Center. We invite you and your classmates to join us and
welcome him to the Blue Hens family. If you're not on campus, the event
