Youngstown State: Penguins Hold Major Scrimmage As Spring Football Nears Halfway Poin

The Youngstown State football team held a 70-minute scrimmage on Wednesday afternoon at Stambaugh Stadium. Once again temperatures in the 60's greeted the Penguins for an outdoor workout, its third of six practices.
