Portland State football has added one student-athlete to its 2016 signing class with the addition of Troy Bacon, a transfer from Boise State. Bacon has signed an athletic aid agreement with Portland State and becomes the 17th newcomer to the program for 2016. He*will be available to compete in spring practice.*
