*POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State football coach Mike Kramer has announced that Assistant Head Coach for Offense Matt Troxel has been named offensive coordinator. Troxel replaces Sheldon Cross as the offensive coordinator. Cross returned home to the Seattle area to take over as the head football coach at Kennedy Catholic High School. Kramer has also promoted Rob Phoenice to Assistant Head Coach for the Offense.
