CHARLESTON, S.C. – Northern Arizona’s Case Cookus earned the 2015 College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) National Performer of the Year, National Freshman Performer of the Year, and Quarterback Award, announced today by the organization. The three awards highlight Cookus’ record-breaking year with the Lumberjacks.
