Making him 2-for-2 thus far in capturing major awards presented in the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision, Eastern Washington University wide receiver Cooper Kupp has been named the Offensive Player of the Year by the FCS Athletic Director’s Association, the organization announced Wednesday (Jan. 6) morning.
