This is the current Mickey Charles outfit that retained the naming rights to the traditional FCS awards (Payton, etc.) though none of the history or substance. In addition to having a total eyesore of a website, there's this interesting tweet from Missoulian beat writer AJ Mazzolini:

Not really opposed to the selections necessarily, but as a web designer myself....HOLY CRAP is that site ugly.

It doesn't seem legit St all. I've never heard of it, and there isn't much explanation on the site at all.
