The coaches once again agree – for a third-straight year -- that Cooper Kupp is one of the best in the nation. The American Football Coaches Association selected Eastern Washington University wide receiver Cooper Kupp to its 25-player NCAA Football Championship Subdivision All-America team for the third-straight season, the organization announced Monday (Dec. 21).
