If I had known they were going for that much, I would have bought some and sold them on ebay, starting @ 20 bucks a piece. That would be ethical. Now, if some Joe wants to pay 300 bucks for them that is his choice. It is up to them to weigh the opportunity cost and make a decision in our free market economy based on freedom and capitalism.

He sold 4 of them yesterday for $150 (37.50 each)

I saw where he bought one ticket for $100 off of ebay so if he paid face for the other three he actually lost money on the deal.

JSU, NDSU fans there are still SRO tickets available. There is a lot of room to stand at the game, if you have friends or family still looking these are not a bad option and you can look to upgrade closer to gameday if you would like.
