Eastern Illinois senior defensive lineman Dino Fanti has been named the Ohio Valley Conference Defensive Player of the Week for the second straight week after EIU beat No. 23 Eastern Kentucky on Saturday afternoon.*On Sunday morning EIU was awarded its 16 trip to the FCS playoffs as the Panthers will play at Northern Iowa in the first round on Saturday, Nov. 28.* The game will air on ESPN3 at 4 p.m.*
