this gives Chuck South an extra week to bring in extra bleachers, etc.........as either CCU or Citadel will want to bring 4,000+ fans..

You assume Chuck South would want them to have that many there. They may be content giving them their mandatory allocation of 600 and saying "enjoy the game." Keeps more of a home field advantage!
