Historical FCS Polls

Does anyone have access to the historical final regular season/after playoff FCS polls from Sports Network? Did some research online, but couldn't locate anything.

I usually just scan Massey's archived lists when trying to find old polls:

It's a composite list, but you can find Sports Network's ranking for each given week and I believe it dates back to 2002.
