Several have been invited to the NFLPA Bowl and Shrine Game but I won't put the out there because they are not all public yet.

LT Joe Haeg was invited to the East-West Shrine Game and has accepted.

Does anyone know if he can still go to the Senior Bowl or does that go out the window once he accepts the Shrine Bowl invite? I was hoping he'd be able to go there with Wentz.

He can still play in the Senior Bowl if invited.

That stuff is not binding. Players accept the Senior Bowl and back out all the time.

General question: can a player accept multiple postseason bowl invitations without backing out on at least one? Is there any rule, written or unwritten, against my question?

That is one of those pay to play games. About 3-5 NFL scouts who live in the area will actually show up. If it wasn't pay to play then Woodard would have been in it instead of two guys who are not really NFL prospects. There are maybe 4 or 5 players in that game who will get a tryout.

Here is who I have playing the 3 major all-star games.

Stephen Rivers and Akil Blount were 100% favors. The rest of these guys earned it and there are even a few so far not in a game who I believe should be.

Add Southern Utah QB Ammon Olsen to NFLPA roster. Olsen is not very good. A lot of better QBs out there.

Love to put these kids down don't ya. You're right. But for some reason they were invited to a bowl game at SOME level. Give them credit for that at least. There are literally thousands upon thousands more that are just going home. But nevermind, you win. They all suck. xdrunkyx

Haha NO! Just telling the truth. Most of the guys are good players. There are always some favors. But you and I have talked about how good Woodard is. I'm sure you also know that a game who has those others and not Woodard is probably not a great game. I'm shocked Woodard isn't in one of the big 3. He should be. I do know he is more of a free agent, like I said in the preseason. NFL teams have never had him as high as the media has but he deserves an all-star game considering he is a 4-time all-star and has size!

Former UCA DE Jonathan Woodard was invited to the College Football Showcase in Texas. Second year for it. Congrats J.W!

Kinda old news but hasn't been posted here yet. LT Joe Haeg from NDSU will be joining QB Carson Wentz at the Senior Bowl.
