Oh, there's going to be a sacrifice for sure, but it ain't going be no Lamb. I think the Cubbies are going to make some horse pate' with a side of rack of paladin.

You know it's a slow news day when a bear walking through the woods makes the news.

FU brought this disaster all on themselves when they tore up their nice grass field and put down plastic just to make a lacrosse team happy.

Better to be invaded by Twinks than Bears

Meh. I still think it was the right move.

I genuinely go back and forth on Bobby Lamb. Followed him closely throughout his career at Furman. I genuinely don't know whether his success was the result of great coaching, or inheriting a Bobby Johnson team coming off a national championship appearance (still the best defense I have seen at the FCS level) and then landing perhaps one of the biggest impact transfers in FCS history at QB. After those players moved on, the team declined pretty rapidly.

In my opinion, Furman's biggest problem right now is we still have Bobby Lamb's offensive coordinator. Tim Sorrells has been around forever, but when you are dead last in offense four straight years, its hard to keep hiding behind your tenure. I don't dispute the man is a good coach, but it is difficult to look past how bad our offense has been.

Come on up we need a bear skin rug to wipe our feet on as we enter the Pearce-Horton Complex so we do not get the logo dirty.:)

Ha Ha - I see FUBeAR's offline personage in this picture you posted; right there on the "EXCELLENCE" Display (as it should be)(No, not #27...in the background)...maybe they'll let him come in and autograph it on Saturday. He'll wipe his feet first, of course. xlolx

You could have gone with a more inspiring Dr. Suess character than Pearce-Horton. :D
