Yahoo! Sports has one I-AA/FCS-related story among its "top headlines" on its NCAA Football front page today. But no, it's not a recap of the UMass-Montana NCAA semifinal game--the only (D-I) college football game played on Friday--instead it's a story telling us that Indiana State is suspending its coach but will get to keep its streak-snapping win against Missouri State:

The only hint that there was a college football game played last night is in the "photos" section a bit further down. But of course there's no accompanying article--only brief captions that do, at least, seem to confirm that a football game was actually played.

Oh well. At least I learned that a couple Florida players missed practice and that Florida State's fullback is going to miss the Emerald Bowl.

But Yahoo! Sports was the first place I saw the story about a coach (Watson Brown) resigning from a BS position (UAB) to coach at a CS school (Tennessee Tech).

We have to take the good with the bad - as long as we get SOME good.
