BALTIMORE, Md. –*Morgan State senior linebacker Joel Scott has been named to the College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) FCS Linebacker Award Watch List, the organization announced on Wednesday. The winner of the award, which goes to the top defensive player in the FCS as judged by the CFPA, will be announced on January 13, 2016.
