Previous wins were close, but this Halloween matinee at windy and rainy Roos Field was downright frightening. The Eagle defense made a one-point lead hold up for the final 21 minutes of the game and the fifth-ranked Eastern Washington University football team remained unbeaten in the Big Sky Conference with a 14-13 victory over Weber State Saturday (Oct. 31) at Roos Field in Cheney, Wash.
