The No. 24 Youngstown State football team returns to Illinois for the second straight weekend as the Penguins take on Western Illinois on Saturday in Macomb. Kickoff for the Halloween contest at Hanson Field is set for 2 p.m. Eastern time/1 p.m. Central time.
