The Georgetown University football team's freshman safety Jethro Francois (Miami, Fla./Winter Haven/Victory Christian Academy) was named the STATS FCS National Freshman of the Week when weekly honors were announced on Monday afternoon. Francois becomes the first Hoya to earn national freshman of the week honors. He was also the Patriot League Rookie of the Week.
