I'm stunned at the parity in the FCS this season, especially in regards to the "power conferences" this season.
Big Sky: 6/13 teams with a winning record. However, 5/6 of those teams are already multi-loss teams, and 6-1 Portland State also has a league loss.
CAA: 3/12 (!) teams with a winning record
MVFC: 5/10 teams with a winning record
OVC: 3/9 teams with a winning record
SoCon: 3/8 teams with a winning record
Southland 2/11 (!) teams with a winning record
Additionally, 17 of these teams (out of 63) are sitting at 3-3.
As long as I've been following this, this is the most parity I think I've ever seen in FCS.
If you extend this to the Patriot League, 1/7 teams have a winning record (Fordham), and 2 more teams sit at 3-3.
