Junior tailback Jody Webb rushed for 107 yards on 16 carries and sophomore Hunter Wells passed for 240 yards and a touchdown, but the No. 7 Youngstown State football team dropped a heartbreaker to No. 4 Illinois State, 31-29, on Saturday evening at Stambaugh Stadium.
