Very true, most live in the past. Wyoming may be the biggest bubble I've ever spent time in.
Give Bohl his entire contract tenure and he at least makes them respectable. They fire him after year 2 and they will be in football purgatory for eternity.

They think everyone wants to come to Wyoming to play football. The fact is Fargo is much much better place to live 250k in the metro area. What kid wants to move out of the house and live in a town of 30k. They have to drive to CO for most things. And Wyoming isn't Colorado State.
Bohl is learning this the hard way, his overconfidence didn't help as well. He had a lot of kids leave, didn't recruit any JUCO. A team of redshirt freshman isn't going to challenge anyone.

I like Farley too. He's the best coach in the nation at setting game plans to **** down offenses. ...sadly that includes UNIs offense
He wants to use guys like Bailey but is scared ****less to actually let someone run that offense, and at the first sign of it not being perfect shuts it down and goes back to what he knows
It's why this year's offense is exactly the same as last years, but without the huddle. Davis needs a full year to impliment it, bit it wasn't perfect 2 weeks into camp so farley shut it down

Bailey concerns me a little bit. Running QB's have had some success against NDSU. Just look at last years game not to mention Roberson in the Championship game. Although I don't think Bailey can hit the broadside of a barn with both doors closed so he isn't much of a dual threat. Plus DJ is now terrorizing NFL defenses. As long as our dline continues to play like they have the last 3 games I don't see UNI having a whole lot of success on offense. Defensively I'm glad Xavier Williams is now in the NFL too. That guy almost single handily destroyed NDSU's offense last year. Didn't help that Wentz wasn't 100% in that game either. I think our offense will put up more then 3 this year. I'll say 24-14.

It's kind of amazing to see such a change in one year but this year's Bison defense is vastly different from last year's. The 2014 Bison defense was rock solid against the pass but susceptible to the run, especially in the playoffs. This year they've been giving up yards through the air but have been a brick wall against the run. I saw a stat today that pointed out that the Bison defense has given up -8 yards rushing in the last 9 quarters.
The point I'm trying to make is if UNI doesn't start Kollmorgen or get him into the game early so they can attack the Bison defense at their weakness which is through the air they're going to dig themselves a hole that their offense can't climb out of.

Don't worry we like to dig a hole. Only game we didn't was against Cal Poly who didn't look like a team that belonged on the same field as a top 25 team. Guessing we do the same and get the doors blown off of us in the Fargodome.

I think that's a big of sandbagging. UNI's defense always seems to hold down the Bison offense pretty well (or completely) so I can't see a blowout. Then again, I thought last week's NDSU/SDSU game was a toss-up so what do I know?
On a completely unrelated note, the forecast for Saturday is sunny with a high of 80. It should be the nicest game day weather of the year for an NDSU game. Good thing we're playing indoors...

That should actually be pretty close to the real score. When you divide the year UNI was founded (1876) by 28 (The numbers in Mark Farley's birthday April 5, 1963, added together) and then multiply it by the number of UNI's National Championships, you come up with a score of 0 for our game against the Bison.

NDSU was founded in 1890. You divide that by the number of a sophmore WR from Gatzke, MN (this year that is #15), and then divide by the number of FCS titles.
The score should be:

UNI 0

So the game isn't on ESPN3?
No, the game is on ESPN3. Midco's streaming login was non-functional for a few hours earlier today and their name disappeared from the affiliate list, but it is all working now. So go back to your regular day!

Thanks for the update 26. It is either ESPN for free or I would pay for the NDSU athletics feed. Either way the game is going to be in at my house.
Go Bison!

If Farley goes with Bailey UNI losses by 14. If Kohlmorgan plays a half or better we have a 50/50 chance.

I hope UNI does a lot of run, run, run....3rd and long incomplete or a short slant for 2-3 yards short...leading to 3-4 three n outs in a row.

50/50 with Kollmorgan? Really? That's pretty optimistic, but i like your style :D

Allegedly Sawyer is starting. I'll believe it when I see it.

If Bailey is our starter you will see so much of that. You actually may get sick of it...

line is now -17.5 NDSU, O/U 44. That moved a lot from yesterday's -12.5
I was gonna play that, but no way I would touch it now.

No way both.
UNI will not score 31 on this defense at home and UNI might win all their remaining games.

UNI should have had 31. We might still be going.
