ITHACA, N.Y. -- Cornell will host a rare Friday evening game at Schoellkopf Field when the Big Red welcomes Central New York rival Colgate on Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. The game will be the first ever played on a Friday night at Schoellkopf Field and the first for a Big Red team anywhere on a Friday since Oct. 26, 2007 when Cornell dropped a 34-31 contest at Princeton in a game broadcast on ESPNU.
