Another win for the Portland State Vikings led to another rise in the rankings. Following their 31-0 win over Western Oregon at Providence Park on Saturday, the Vikings climbed one spot in the FCS Stats poll from 17th to 16th. It is Portland State's highest ranking since reaching No. 15 on Oct. 2, 2006.
