App has won its last 26 at home. Does anyone know the longest home winning streak at the 1-AA/ FCS level?

We've won 7 home games in a row...That counts for something, right? It is the current longest streak in the A-10 ;)

I don't want to think how many of those were against us. :bawling:

If we are fortunate enough to win next weekend, our senior class will have never suffered a defeat at home.

that's pretty darn impressive, especially when you consider how tough playoff games are.

Georgia Southern had a 39 home game winning streak.
Correct. Set from 1997 to 2001.
GSU also holds the #2 spot, with 38 consecutive wins over the 1985-1990 span.

I don't think Marshall ever had a streak over 30 games while in I-AA. The Herd had their share of problems playing Appalachian State back in the day and I know they also lost to Youngstown State and Montana in championship games at Marshall Stadium. I think Georgia Southern holds the record for I-AA.

One Appalachian State senior has lost a game at home. Daniel Bettis played in the 2002 14-13 playoff loss against Maine. He also played in a loss earlier that year, 26-21 against Wofford. Bettis had an injury redshirt season (I think in 2003), so he is a fifth-year senior.
