Spears says he's already planning on a radical restocking of the Grambling roster.

"I'm going to hit the (recruiting) trail, and try to get ready for next season," Spears said, when asked about his immediate plans after this afternoon's contest. "We've got to work, work, work to get back to where we need to be."
