If there's a better receiver in any level of college football, Cooper Kupp's coach would like to see him. The sensational Eastern Washington University junior wide receiver has been named by the Big Sky Conference as this week's ROOT Sports co-Player of the Week after finishing with career highs of 15 catches for 246 yards – both Autzen Stadium records – in a 61-42 loss to Oregon on Sept. 5.
